Tobii Dynavox
Eye gaze AI for AAC and computer access for people with motor disabilities
Tobii Dynavox combines eye-tracking hardware with AI-powered augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) software to give people with ALS, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, and other motor impairments full computer access and speech output through gaze alone. Its Communicator 5 AAC software uses AI to predict the next symbol or word based on context, reducing the number of eye movements needed to compose a message. Tobii's eye tracking technology also enables gaze-controlled gaming, workplace productivity, and medical assessments for non-verbal patients.
