01.AI's Yi model family is a series of open-weight large language models with strong bilingual Chinese and English capabilities, developed by the team of AI pioneer Kai-Fu Lee. Yi models are available in 6B, 9B, 34B, and 200B parameter sizes and achieve top performance on MMLU, HumanEval, and Chinese-language benchmarks. Yi-VL variants add multimodal vision capabilities, and long-context variants extend to 200K tokens.
